A mind that likes to wander.
I’m Cao Xuanming, a daydreamer with a habit of making things.
My interests don’t stay in one field. I try to know the basics of many, because the most interesting ideas tend to show up where they meet.
Some questions turn into things I make. Most are still floating around in my head.
This is a space for both.
A few things I believe in.
Stay curious.
The most useful questions are often the ones I didn’t know to ask.
Play seriously.
A lot of good ideas start as play. The trick is to keep playing until they work.
Make it matter.
What I make should help people see more clearly and think for themselves.
Say hello.
If something here made you think, I’d like to hear about it.
